Return, exchange and refund policy
-Type of items not eligible for returns:
Alupanels, masks and gift certificates, as well as sale items are neither refundable nor exchangeable)
-Return period: 14 days (or 10 days) following the date of delivery of the package.
- Shipping costs are at your expense, EXCEPT:
1-If the product received is damaged or has a defect. Please take a photo of it and send it to us by email at
2-Error on our part in the order; we would have sent the wrong product.
In these 2 cases returns are free of charge.
If the reason for the return is not related to Nos. 1 and 2, the shipping costs for returning the product to us will be at your expense. On the other hand, if you want another product in return (exchange), the shipping costs to send you the product will be at our expense.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it. If it is damaged upon receipt, please photograph the breakage and send us the photos with a brief description within 48 hours of receiving the item to the email address

Send us a photo of the product if the reason for the return is a breakage or manufacturing defect.

Upon receipt of the package and after inspection, we will send you an e-mail to agree on an exchange, credit or refund if applicable.
NBWhen shipping a valuable item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
