Delivery policy

We use the services of Purolator and Canada Post for the delivery of our packages. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days (so we do not count weekends and public holidays), for products available in inventory. For all orders, the production and delivery time may vary between 10 and 30 working days, if received before 5:00 p.m. Otherwise it will be processed the following day.
Important: Check the accuracy of your delivery address. The customer is responsible for any loss of a shipment due to an incorrect delivery address.
Delivery is free for Quebec with any purchase of $125 before taxes.
Below $125, the price can vary between $2.50 (mini envelope) to $13 (average package between 1 and 11 lbs)
Minimum order $25.
- Local delivery to your door free of charge (Rimouski-St-Fabien, Ste-Luce, Ste-Blandine sector)
- Car delivery, parking lot behind the store.
- Delivery costs are the same everywhere in Canada and are calculated according to weight.
NB Be sure to carefully inspect the packaging of the package before the delivery person/messenger leaves. If the packaging has irregularities or appears damaged, check the contents immediately to ensure that they have not been damaged by the carrier. If applicable, check with the delivery person/courier to ensure quality guarantee on their service.

Return policy

Alupanels, masks and gift certificates, as well as sale items.
You have a period of 14 days (or 10 days) following the delivery date of the package to start a return.
Shipping of returned items is at your expense, except:
1- If the product received is damaged or has a defect. Please take a photo of it and send it to us by email at
2- Error on our part in the order; we would have sent the wrong product.
If the reason for the return is not related to #1 and #2, the shipping costs to return the product to us will be at your expense. On the other hand, if you want another product in return (exchange), the shipping costs to send you the product will be at our expense.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received it. If it is damaged upon receipt, please photograph the breakage and send us the photos with a brief description within 48 hours of receiving the item to the email address, then return the item to us within 14 days for an exchange for the same product. The product must be returned with its label and in its original packaging.

If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help!
You can return your item and exchange it for another or have a refund or credit from the payment method used during the purchase.

- Send us a photo of the product if the reason for the return is breakage or a manufacturing defect.
Repack the product in its original box (if applicable) and return it to us in the envelope or box in which you received it, if possible. Address the package to:

Upon receipt of the package and after inspection, we will send you an email to agree on the exchange, credit or refund, if applicable.
NB When shipping a valuable item we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
